Did HID conversion with kit from tspny.com - tiny review
I ordered a 6000K kit from Top Speed Performance (tspny.com) to install in my 06 c230 sport. The kit took all of 5 days to get here, two of which were Saturday and Sunday. Aside from absolutely no instructions, the kit seem fairly standard. Ballast, bulbs and wiring. With shipping the kit was $59.
It took about 30 minutes to install. Mercedes sure did not give us much room to service the headlights.
The lights look sharp on the road and I can see a noticeable detail level that I had never seen before.
The biggest problem is that they flicker like mad. So much that I will likely remove them. I did however order a capacitor/cancellor kit from hidextra to see if that fixes the issue (likely should have just ordered the hidextra HID kit to start with).
Anyway, just my 2 cents. I will point out, I had Sylvania SilverStar Ultra 4100k lights to begin with.
