MB World member Coupes all in a row
I'm sure I posted this before, but what the heck!
All the MB World Coupe Elite, ,well except maybe Tommy.
That's me the 2nd car, 4th one back is Pshek's C32 powered Coupe.

Excuse me while I grab a couple of kleenex and look at this pic some more.
Nice variety of ccoupes there. Makes you wonder how MBUSA will deal with having to hawk the "inferior" B class when it arrives - will probably get the same cold shoulder as our beloved ccoupes did.
After seeing that pic, how could Matt even think that the ccoupe isn't better looking than the sedan?

Ehhhh, the new coupe is a coupe - what's the fun in that?
I think I've seen the B in AMG form with a manny. Might be interesting, but probably way too expensive.

There are some decent looking coupes in that mix. But as a whole.. no. Pardon while I channel my inner Glyn, but the sedans look like proper Mercedes.

Yeah Matt - The only Coupe I really like is the Coupe I just bought. The W203 sedan is a classic.
I also like Orion Blue!

Pleased you made your way south for that GTG, C230 Sport Coup.
Whose taxi crept into your otherwise decent picture? :D
Carlos’ W203 Rose Bowl lineup is unlikely to ever be duplicated:

Starting from the right we got Ed, me, Carlos's C320 with AMG everything Bumpers, body kit, (who sponsored the thing), Pshek's C32 powered Coupe with like the only carbon fiber coupe hood in existence (and smurf blue intakes Tommy!), Blake, Jon Jon (wasn't that his name?), and the last 2 maybe you guys can name.
But ha, yeah, we had like 40 C sedans and 8 coupes. AND about 250 other cars.
We all went out for expensive hamburgers in Hollywood the night before.
Me all eyes aglow being in SoCal, and Hollywood(!)
and those guys like yeah, big deal. ha.
Ed was kind enough to let me crash at his place. That was great.
But he was having some kind of rift with his neighbors and had left some garbage out to rot to **** them off. The stench was quite odoriferous. It didn't bother him since he wasn't spending much time at home back then, pre-marriage. I have to laugh looking back.
I forgot my shaving kit, couldn't find a store closeby, walked into a local hotel, told them, oh gee I forgot my shaving kit? They of course assumed I was guest, and I got a razor, shaving cream, toothbrush and toothpaste for free. I never said I was staying there, ha.
Met a tall blond in Laguna, and took her out the next day in San Juan Capistrano,
and never saw her again.
Haven't been back to LA since, with gas what it is. I used to like to drive down
every 6 months or so, but these days for what I'd spend tooling around LA and SD for few days,
I could take a plane somewhere and a proper vacation. I mean gas was 25-30 bucks a tank,
and a nice hotel room could be had for 30-40 bucks online (Like I got the Hyatt in Anaheim for $30 on Priceline back then). No more.
On the way home, one of the bottom pans came off, I had to pull off around Newman, oh gawd the stench of cowshiit at 3am. Had to pull everything out of the back to get to the jack.
I miss my SoCal trips.

For Matt - Benz has a long tradition of Coupe's & Cab's without going back to the Hitler wagon 770 K's. From 220 Ponton to recently.

Wow! And I can drive around Atlanta all week and never even see another Coupe. And I see more now than I did in '03 - '05.
