Im new to MB and I come from BMW C350 or amg
I like the new 2012 4dr sedans of the Merc, and I'm just wondering about a few things if you can help
The Longevity of the 6 cyl?
How much difference is in the sport vs luxury. ( i test drove both but didnt see much difference?)
I have read soo many issues with MERC's that I'm wondering how the newer models are holding out?
Any tips for the new guy on the fence?
i do like the fact that the MB's dont use those dern runflats, and the C class is really starting to look pretty sporty.

The current C class is the W204 generation, not the W203, so it would probably be best to pop on over there and poke around there for a while.
The W203 kept getting more reliable as the generation went on, and I believe that the W204 has been keeping up that trend.
Do at least a couple of test drives before you switch over - MB has a much more isolated feel when driving than BMW as a whole, so you might not enjoy the driving experience as much. Also note that MB, like every other luxury Euro brand, has taken idrive under its wing unfortunately, so there will be that annoying hockey puck on the console for MBs as well, though they thankfully tend to be a less intrusive feature than the idrive is.
the amg is one magificent piece....if u can find one used with low miles then its worth it
difference between sport and luxury..... sport version is the entire suspension is sport which is better....i have the sport suspension and its great
any car these days will last over 200k miles
let us know if ur buying used or new
I am older than you (nuff said...) and love the manual paddle shifting of the C63, but also enjoy the 6 sp in the C320.
If you're looking at a choice of C350 v/s C63, go drive both. C350 is a nice car. C63 is just awesome, no comparison.
