Would e63 wheels from a w212 fit on a 2007 c230

Not without spacers. W212 has a higher offset ~ +40-50mm range, much like the W204. Bolt pattern and center bore are fine/same

Bolt shaft lengths might be different as well not sure though.

not 100% sure but I believe the ball seat radius on E-class bolts are also bigger.
