Indexing power seats?
I replaced the power seat module in my wife's c320 and I thought I read in one the the threads here that I have to re-index the seat. I've searched but must be looking for the wrong terms...or I was dreaming when I read it. Does anyone know if you have to do anything after the power seat module is replaced? I've tried running the seat to the extremes a few times but it doesn't seem to move back as far as it did. That could be my imagination but the headrest hits the roof now.
Thanks

Pretty sure the seat needs to have all the home positions reset with a STAR diagnostic system. The only reset you can do without is to push the seat cushion switch all the way forward and hold it for ~20 seconds when the seat reaches the forward most position.
