2007 C230 Wheel colors
Unfortunately all my wheels have curb damage. I am getting all four of them refinished for 150 each with a 5 year warranty. The location im getting them fix let me that I can have my wheels painted a different color. And i was thinking is that a good idea? I mean all of our wheels are painted to begin with. I was thinking of a gunmetal color or even graphite What do you guys think?

A pic of your car would be helpful.
Also, powdercoating would last longer. It would run you about $300-350 for all four.
If it were going to cost me $150 each to get them resurfaced, I would seriously be thinking of upgrading them instead.

Defiantly agree with tommy. If you are in the bay area I know of a really great powder coating shop. Also I think gun metal looks pretty nice on our cars but I don't no about it on stock rims, try photo shopping it and seeing how they look. Other Wise for a little more you could probably get some pretty sick wheels on Craigslist.

Its not my powder coating shop, its my friends dads. There a huge place though, not like a small shop, its like a factory practically haha, but they still to rims and all. I'm not sure there exact prices but tell them Peyman sent you and kraig will hook it up. The place is called maas brothers powder coating in livermore, heres there website: http://www.maasbrothersinc.com
good luck!

I can't get over that color, G. Why are they not on your wag-un yet?
Is the color of that pcoat really called gunmetal?
Everytime I've tried to tell a painter or powdercoater "gunmetal" in the past, I've gotten awkward stares. It's been awhile tho (years), so maybe it's gotten common enough for there to be a color labeled that, if not folks having picked out a color that they refer to when people request it.
