C230k limp mode w/ NO CEL
As the title states, my 05 C230K went into Limp mode. I've searched on the forum and many guys threw codes and I didn't throw any codes or any CEL. I was in Dyno mode though** any reason to worry or did I just overwork the car for a bit so it had to limp me?

Probably the speed sensor. Look that up, that is usually the primary cause.

Limp mode has all sorts of causes, Sammy.
MBNiko, what were you doing with the car in limp mode? Did a restart get it out of limp? The car is a machine and doesn't need rest from being worked. Although if you were doing donuts, be advised this can have costly consequences with the W203.
If it went into limp and no codes show up stored or current and because you were in dyno mode, I'd not stress too much just yet.

Actually the transmissions are not fragile at all, not sure where you got that. The 722.6 was used in the BiTurbo V12 cars so you're not going to hurt it with 192lb-ft of torque.
Dyno mode doesn't increase take off speed or make the car faster, though, so no need in using it. All it does is remove the safety nets you might need.
Your car is probably just fine.

I've run into this running dyno mode on the skid pad at the track. The car runs fine though when not in dyno mode.
It won't hurt to check your transmission oil level and see if you have the oil leak at the pilot bushing.
