On another note I saw an amazing black CLK Conv at my local dealer with the Rust colored Designo interior. Beautiful car.

Yellow would be great, the same shade as the SLK, or Corvette yellow.

I can't see the C230 as being a chick car, even if it is in that lime green color (though personally I'd get it in black or silver). You want a chick car then go buy a Celica or an RSX or a Beetle--that and the Jetta have chickness written all over them.

Thought it was time for a chick to way in here but first...
Young, any time, any place, we can race and let me prove to you that chicks can drive. Now that I've hit a 1,000 miles it's time to see what this car can do! Where do you live again?
As for the chick car thang, a good car is a good car. I loved driving my old beau's 911 and he liked driving his sister's miada. (although not my Cabrio). That said, this car is a bit cute hence the girl car issue, but I see as many guys driving as girls. I think it's a step or two away from a Beetle, Cabrio, Miada but it's not exactly a Mustang either.
At the end of the day, though, its a great car. I would use this benchmark for making my decision.
Cheers,
Beth

again, i was trying to be funny, but i'm guessing it didn't work
i was being literal about the stereotype of chicks... i was actually describing a baby chicken... not being able to drive (no opposable thumbs b/c they have little wings, yellow feathers, etc., hence throw them into the air blah blah blah).
i deleted the post b/c i thought my little joke was a dumb post... you've proved it to me.

Out Of Control!!
It's kind of interesting how some cars get the rep of "chick car". What exactly makes them one? I consider the bug a chick car, but that's because practically every one I see is driven by a woman (somewhere in her 40s I might add). I remember years ago, a guy that I used to work with bought a Pontiac Sunbird. We used to tease him saying that it was a chick car. Mainly because of the name though. "Sunbird" just doesn't sound too "Manly"
Perhaps she was worried that you might attact too much attention from "Chicks"!!
I really like the C230k look and was seriously thinking of getting one, but the wife said she thought it was ugly ("too much like a CRX" were her words). This bummed me out. Although she said I can get whatever car I want, it doesn't make me feel too cool driving a car the wife hates. And in reality, she is the only woman I really need to care about in terms of if my car is attractive to "chicks" (i.e. getting some points for having a "cool" car).

2) we don't have sheep here (see #1)
3) we have cows
4) we have pigs
5) I should have kept my mouth shut... at least sheep are cute!
6) kilts.... thats right, you guys are the ones in kilts... so run off to scotland where the sheep wear blush AND lipstick...

Oh Young. I'm sorry I did not get your joke. I don't know much about chickens.
I was just joking around. No worries, just having some fun.

I think TimmyC230Boy met one of these chicks that could drive a few weeks ago.
She drove past him then over and down an embankment.
P.S. what are we ever going to do if we have to get real jobs??
I will have computer withdrawals.

Been to Lincoln a couple times to see your Cornhuskers kick snot outta the Missouri Tigers (football). I remember a really big stadium, and maybe four or five trees... you know, just like Texas.
You're right it's dead at work today!

Omaha dancers delight festival crowd
It's long been a secret what men wear under their Scottish kilts. But 4-year-old Carli Macklin knows how to solve that little mystery.
"Lift it up and look," said Carli, as she watched the Omaha Scottish Country Dancers, clad in period Scottish clothing -- including kilts -- doing a lively jig Saturday morning during the Ethnic Festival in downtown Grand Island. The men in the group all wear kilts and most drive BMW Z3's said said Duane Burns of Grand Island as he stood on the corner of Wheeler and Third streets, watching as the group performed on the main stage. "It's pretty strange"

Doesn't it seem like chicks can drive ANY car (not including trucks), but there are a few cars that don't look right with a guy?
For the most part, the driver makes the car not the car or its color! (with exception to the bug)

C230 C-Coupe
My fav cars are the so called "chick cars".
Audi TT, best looking car in current production.
C-Coupe, most beautiful car in France? (see old thread)
New Beetle, been out a while now but I remember thinking this was a great looking car when it first arrived.
New Mini, the inside of this car is even cooler than the outside.
If a car has a touch of cuteness then people label it a "chick car". Even the Boxster was labeled a chick car and Porsche dealerships drip with testosterone . Would you like the Porsche emblem on your headrest sir?
Not all men need to secure their masculinity by having a muscle car. I like the C-Coupe and I even like the green.
