Service

My FSS told me that there is 30 days left for sevice A.

Do you know what will be done in the service A?

Is there Service B?? If so, what will be done in service B?

Thanks

they dont do crap on service a. last time i had service a done, i had changed my own oil prior do going in and asked them not to change it. the service advisor then told me that if i alrady changed my oil then there was nothing left for his guy to do, but they would look over the car. prior to going in i placed a piece of scotch tape on the passenger door to see if they at least were going to open it, they didnt. i also marked all the bolts on the belly pans just to see, guess what they didnt do anything there either. i also placed a piece of tape on the hood seam to see if they were going to open the hood, guess what they did not. so bottom line is they didnt do **** on the car, but i really dont care as i dont need an mb mechanic to maintain my car, i can do it myself. i have the litle piece of paper that says they did it so thats all i care about.

Service A is basically an oil change and basic check of the car, levels etc...

Service A is basically a free oil change, and a chance to bring in the car for other small problems because some people don't feel like wasting their time on just a BAS/ESP error, etc.

Yeah, they don't really do a lot on service A. But if you get a good tech, they will at least do a good check of the car and look for any potential problems. novo obviously did not have one of these techs.

Thanks, you guys have been very helpful.

By the way, there is a "service B" or others? And what needed to be done on these maintenance?

Thanks again.

For B on my car, they changed the oil, windshield wipers, and dust filter. Also inspected brakes, tire wear, and topped other fluid levels.
