If thermostat is OK the auxilliary heater pump may have failed/clogged.

yeah he might have to flush the radiator. I know on other cars that the return tube on the heater core gets clogged. Easy way to know if that is the issue is to get the car to running temp and turn the heater on high and find the lines running to the heater pump/core. Both lines should be pretty hot. If one is just warm that means its probably clogged and needs a good flushing. usually its the feed line, the one going to the firewall. Glyn or someone can probably post up the diagram of the heater pump and lines to get a better look of how it goes.

He said NOTHING to indicate any head gasket problems. No loss of coolant, no white smoke, etc. It's not helpful to randomly say nonsense.

lol dude i know that. my car is currently being fixed for the head gasket, my comment was not nonsense, it was satirical because when you look at it in a optimistic way a thermostat problem VS. a head gasket problem is nothing. so in a way i was shining light his way way letting him know that the problem is not that bad ....

you to could of have understood this optimistic comment/ joke if you wouldn't have responded at me in a negative way so quickly...

now you know

Obviously you don't understand. People on the forum are here for real help, not satire. We'll watch SNL for that. He's posed a legitimate question and was looking for a legitimate answer - that you did not know. It's a disservice to everyone to throw out random things. We're all learning here.

i think i HELPED him by making him aware of my positivity.
positivity goes along way bro.

not that i see, had he read my comment he would of tought " this guy with his comment, my problem is not as big"
by him reading my comment he would have notice how not big of a deal as his problem could have been. (in a positive way) this of course if you analyze it like i did.

but ok sorry my comment offended you lilbenz230.

this isn't good for mine of yours Feng shui, its is not attracting positive QI.
i also want to be know as a person who could have achieve a buddhist temple of 7 floors.

my bad, ok?
