Electrical Issues...

So it has been a while since I have posted, and my car has passed back from me to my sister to me.

I have an issue with the electrical on my 2002 sedan. At first the ignition started to go out, so I replaced it and the key (expensive!), all the while the lights played a dance show of shutting on and off (rare and few between sure, but it still happened) but once I got it back from the dealership, the headlights started cutting on and off even though they work when you unlock the car, it says that the brakes need replacing, even though I did that as well. It says that the service b is due although I had it done. Does anyone know what the hell is going on?

I took it to the dealership and they say that it just needs all the stuff that is registered even though I had it done.

+1^ Was the EIS replaced? If so did the dealer do the job properly?

When you did the brakes were new pad sensors fitted?

Yes, the EIS was replaced but I am not so sure they did a great job putting it in. The issues magnified after my sister got the car back, but I think that because that part of the system started working again, it over loaded some other electrical.

Also, I am not sure who did the brakes, but I am starting to get the feeling that my sister to it to some joke shop instead of a reputable garage. I feel that I am going to have to pay to have them replaced anyways so...
