According my SA at the dealer, the car is leaking oil from said area in the bulletin. He said from a scale of 1-10, it's about a 2. He quoted me a price of $183. He said I had a leak in the front of the engne as well. Have you heard anything about that? Quoted me another $130 on that. I didn't actually see it but I do smell oil from time to time. Then it dissipates. Burn off I guess. I am going to have my indy look at it another time. My indy was busy today after he put in a low beam bulb for me. Thanks for the info.

There's no reason to not do this yourself.
There are, I believe, 3 in total. 2 small and 1 large. You will spend about $30 in parts. The old ones pop out with a flat-head, and the news one pop in with a push of the fingers. After removing the airbox, you simply lean over the engine/fender and peer over the back of the cylinder heads. They are relatively easy to see, easy to access. It becomes even easier when you know the alternative is $100 in labor. Purchase the plugs from the forum's sponsor and do it yourself. Eventually, the oil will drip down onto the exhaust overnight, and will smoke into the cabin after turning her over in the morning.

Oh no doubt, I plan on doing it myself. It's like the cabin filter the dealer noticed. Another simple DIY.
