Need suspension Recommendation
I want to lower my car, but not to low. I don't want it low to a point where the car scrapes. What's the best suspension set up with a minimum drop.

H&r cup kit is good because the struts and springs are designed to work together.
I love my BC, you can customize your spring rate, adjustable dampening, great range in height adjustment. I would only recommend coilovers if you plan on really adjusting your suspension quite a bit and really want to go low.
If you want a mild good drop go eibach or h&r cup kit. Koni are the struts/shocks I recommended. Gives you the ability to adjust dampening for ride comfort. most after market springs are stiffer so your ride will be a little bumpier so having the yellows adjustability for dampening will allow you soften it back to stock comfort almost.

the eibach pro kit cost $250 and the koni sports cost $650. Should I just get coilovers instead? Are there any huge advantages with coilovers over springs and shocks?

You can find the pro kit cheaper than that. Only advantage is adjustable height. But most c/o cost a couple more hundred then that and if you want adjustable dampening c/o it'll cost more. I would go with springs and koni yellows if you don't plan on adjusting your height that much
