W203 Dash Compatibility
Can you plug-n-play a 2005 AMG/Sport Style dash into a 2004 C240 with the regular euro dash without special mods? The dim dash/warm weather problem is really irritating and I was just thinking about alternatives other than replacing the LCD... Thanks

Short answer Yes. It has been done, and with a non-Bose car, it seemed to work very well. I don't have the link handy, but some searching should show the thread with picture. It was a lot of effort, but the end result was pretty nice.
