Question Anyone heard of the A2 body kit?

Hey all,

MBWorld Noobie here, tried doing the usual "search before posting" but couldn't find anything!

Basically I've got a W203 and am looking at planning some body upgrades. I found an interesting body kit on google images once and actually came across it on eBay the other day, and looked into it and can only find it listed as the 'A2 Body Kit' by a company called Magna Tuning.

Here are two images of it:

And the link to the body kit on Magna Tuning:

Has anyone heard of this? Any thoughts on it? Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: A few hours ago, the Magna Tuning link read 799EUR for the whole kit, and now it's over 3500EUR, but still posted on eBay for about 850-ish EUR. Thoughts?

Seen it before but not too much of a fan because its fiberglass and not urethane/fiberglass combo so it'll crack easily and need too repaint it a lot.

I'm not gonna be buying a body kit anytime soon as I don't really know anything about all of it, but a urethane/fiberglass combo is better then?

Are there any good videos on how to fit them to the body? Do you just use 3M double sided tape? I ask because I saw a video today of someone literally screwing a bumper onto his BMW and filling in the gaps by hand, but other videos I've seen the bumpers fit flawlessly with tape or the bumper will fully replace an old one.

You might be seeing add on lip kits with the tape. If its a full body kit it'll replace the existing bumper.

Haha, agreed that the colour they use here is really Lexus-y, but I reckon it'd look pretty slick on an all black Merc!

Ah right, thanks for the help! I think I'll want to get a full body kit then simply because it sounds more durable in the long run, but then again I haven't heard anything bad about the 3M tape and it seems to do a pretty good job with spoilers and such..
