Thanks jmustonen, I was looking for something like this.
Mine is still idling and driving well, just have to keep the revs below 3500. Will try to just replace the tumble flap 1st.

After you have removed the manifold, it might be good idea to look inside to the manifold through throttle flap and check if all the parts are ok. They should not be like I had (my video part 2, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eUk0PwVVvt4 starting from time 6:57)..

I have the same issue with my car! i'm ordering this part from all german auto... make sure you get the intake gaskets as well, your going to need to replace your old ones! oh and don't for get your going to need a torque wrench when you reinstalling the manifold...
