Question in title, I'm just looking at the rears right now and with stock one off I can see the new set it a good 1 inch maybe a tad more shorter. I'm sticking with stock springs...should I be concerned about that?

No those and other struts/shocks like koni are shorter to accommodate lowered vehicles so they don't bottom out and allow full travel it'll be fine.
