I have the same size wheels (different off sets but same diameter and width). I am running 225/35 on the front with no rubbing and 245/35 with some minor rubbing on dips with a lot of people in the car (had to do a lot of inner fender grinding to reduce the rubbing I was originally having). Your going to want to push your wheels out to about 25mm for it to be flush. If you want more info check out my sedans build thread in my signature. good luck!

the guy i bought it from said it will rub coz of the offset for the front wheels..so 225/35 for front wheels will be a good choice? and i was thinking abt 255/35 for the rear but thats probably gonna make it rub..

well all the things I said was basing it off of my offsets. Which is 23 ET in the front and 25ET in the rear including my spacers. It will be different depending on your offsets

I think he meant spacer widths and not offset. Bottom line is that the offset he mentioned of 45ET for both front and rear will not work and he does need spacers. 15mm for both front and rear puts him at 30mm ET front and rear, which will work.

You could go with a 10mm spacer in the rear (instead of the 15mm) and that will work as well. That would put the rear at 35mm ET. One of my old sets of wheels, i was 9.5" rear with 35 ET and it was a perfect fit. A 15mm in the rear will push it out 5mm more but should be fine if you go with a 255/30/19 tire.

Front tire size, you will want a 225 or 235/35/19.

Don't forget you will need longer lug bolts to accomodate the spacers...

Depends on the spacer. Our stock lug shaft length is 39.9mm so if you do 10mm spacers you'll want 50mm and if you do 15mm get 55mm shaft length. Make sure its shaft length not overall when buying. Radusadirect is where most get their lug bolts here.

Not with aftermarket wheels. Then its based on a 27 mm shank length isn't it?

True, but each wheel might use different shank length. Just use the bolt that is required for your wheels and measure it and add the spacer length you want to get the new length.

That is why I did a stud conversion, never have to worry about this ever again. Best mod I did since I take my wheels on and off so much.

Will you pm me the info of the stud conversion? I've been meaning to do one of these anyways.

But for the OP, 99% of aftermarket wheels will take the standard 27/28 mm shank length bolts, so add your spacer length to that length and thats what you need for the bolt. Also be sure to buy the correct seat bolt for the wheels. (conical versus the various ball seats). If you have more questions, I have 15 mm spacers on my front, so shoot me a PM I can tell you the details of my setup

Stud conversions are easy just make sure you buy the correct thread pattern. 12x1.5 is ours and use blue thread lock and torque studs to 25ft/lbs and let it sit over night. You can different lengths depending on the look you want. I have race version studs.

You could always take off one of your wheels, stuff one of the stock lug bolts though the wheel, and measure how much of the bolt is sticking through the back side where it would screw into the hub. Then just make sure your new bolts have about the same length/amount of threads sticking through on your new wheels. As i see it, you will have to get your hands on your new wheels to do this, as you are not sure how thick the wheel is in the seat area/where the hub is. I beleive the general rule is 6-7 turns minimum needed to screw into the hub..

Too long and it will interfer with your e-brake, so be careful there too...

From initial thread contact it should take 6 full turns to get it tightened.
