ESP visit work shop
I have checked if my brake lights all work, which they do.
Every time i turn on the car i get the ESP warning message. My tire blew yesterday, so i drove with a spare and it was fine except the steering angle was towards the spare tire. Only today the ESP message came up. Right after i went and bought new tires, the message is still there.
What could be the problem? Is there a way to reset the message?

I've been living with the damn error on my dash for years now.
It drives me nut, and i had it to the dealer more time than I could count in
the time it was under warranty, the 1st 100K miles.
In fact I had it in at 99500, and it failed less than 5000 miles later, and I gave up.
ESP seems to still be working, definitely on slippery surfaces it does it's job.
Last time my indie guy read the codes it said something about the sensor in the rear, which costs like $600. F that.

I've had the MB-dealer clear everything a couple of times while doing other repairs, but this constantly comes back. I've never asked for any fix though.
Does not bother me to much, I just click it away every time it shows up.
One thing though; The 'Deactivate Traction Control-button' in the center console stops working after the error-message appairs. You need to shut of then restart the engine to be able to use it.

How much does it cost at dealership to read and clear the code? I'm in Canada.
