Thanks. I may be a big jaded, but the pic of the "parts" in the bubble wrap just is suspicious to me. Why couldn't he have taken that same pic before wrapping it so that you could have identified his work? 
It's like he's doing as much as possible without really showing you what he's done. For example, I just had my CRX's steering wheel redone by Dallas Custom Wheel in Texas - I got I think 12 pics of the wheel from every possible angle before they requested payment. Very different way of handling things, so I'm still suspicious.
