No need to post a DIY it's been done.
Just get brutal with those clamps, twist 'em off, they'll come apart.
Wear some eye protection just in case gas sprays.
Most auto parts stores sell FI hose clamps. Or even just ones from the hardware store.
Be sure to not be near an ignition source, ie that water heater in your garage could end things. I try to do one hose at a time, so no confusion on which hose goes where, but label them to be sure.
FYI Rock auto has filters for cheap.
