A/C Condenser Heating Up
Greetings,
I have 2001 C240 Sedan and I have this Issue:
Each time I on the A/C the condenser get excessively heated
and Gas start escaping via the condenser dryer, and eventually EC Mode get activated which in turn prevent AC from cooling.
Pls, Does anyone know what this can be and how to correct? Thank you for your help.

The condenser is supposed to get hot & the fan is supposed to cool it. Are you actually loosing refrigerant through the dryer requiring a recharge before the aircon will fire up?
The refrigerant pressure/temperature switch at the base of the radiator might be faulty or the fan controller might have a fault. You really need to run a simulation with a Star.

Thank you for the reply, Yes I am losing refrigerant thru the dryer. Also the car was diagnosed with Star and it shows that the fault is from the condenser itself. And we notice that the fan does not start as the A/C starts but until the Engine temperature rises.
