When the dealerships cannot fix the problem, who do I contact?
My mother's M class has a back-up camera issue where the camera feed will randomly not show up, leaving a fuzzy black screen. It looks like what you see when a television set not connected to a feed. I've brought it to two dealerships and left the car with them for long durations to let them diagnose the problem, but alas, they have found nothing.
I was lucky enough to have my camera one of these times that this has occurred and can provide MBUSA with proof. I would like to know, how should I contact them? Via phone? Fill out an email form on MBUSA.com?
Thanks to anyone with insight!
To answer your question, when I had to contact MBUSA about my C-class cam magnets I used the form on MBUSA. They were quick to respond and added my vehicle to the recall with no fuss.
We decided to let service have a go at it once more before we contact MBUSA. They've pulled up a past issue similar to ours on another vehicle and are going to replace a module of sorts as they did on the other vehicle. I'll know to use that form now, appreciate the input!
