Ideally i'm hoping for the ones closer to California would work.
Also! Is there any DIY how to take the door apart? So I can install the window myself. I don't think it need the STAR machine to hook it up.

Call your insurance company and ask who they use to replace windows. You might find it very inexpensive to allow a pro to change the window.
These guys will come to you. (caglass.net) They do a lot of dealer work. They will charge $204 for the job. You might ask for a discount.....

As Movie says there are different tints on different models.
Also be careful with windscreen if you have Auto wipers etc. The sensor has changed over the years so you need to specify by VIN or upgrade the sensor to the newer screen. Also ensure correct openings in the black mask for other sensors like lights etc.
Do you think these local window guys know about the tiny details of mercedes? I don't want them to forget a minor detail and something goes wrong. I read one of the DIY and it talked about unplugging the battery because of the side airbags, speakers, etc.
The only problem with the dent is that it won't close up all the way right.. I can just probably buy new visors for now and that will solve the little opening.
*i was told by CA glass that the door window doesnt require a sensor only the front windshield. And it would cost $300 instead of $200 because of the blue tint

It is difficult to get the optical interface correct when gluing the sensor assembly to the glass in the field. The mobile glass guys don't have STAR diagnose multiplexers to adjust the sensors if necessary. You would need a dealer visit to correct it. Might cost more in the end than an OEM windshield. If the glue is too far from spec, you will not be able to adjust it.
It is almost the same money for an OEM glass, so if you like the automatic wipers, you should pay the two dollars to get it right.

And watch that black mask in the glass. It varies with number of options fitted. My CLK has no fewer than 8 sensors on the screen that need a hole in the mask.

It's off an 2005 C230 and have the blue tint.
The listing say it's OEM but I don't think i see the black print / mercedes logo in the bottom corner.
