C-Class D7 powered by Heinz?

Hi guys,

I was wondering if u could help me out with this one.
Today I was driving along with my car and got passed by a Black W203 break with blackened windows (nothing special).
But when I stood behind it at the red light, I saw "D7 Powered by Heinz".
And when it turned green, the car ripped away.

Now I get that the D stands for a diesel (hence the double hidden exhaust pipes), but I've never heared of a D7 and especially a "Heinz" one.

Does anybody know this model or tuner?
BTW I'm pretty sure the engine was tuned seeing at what speed it took off.

BTW 2: I have tried search engines and the search function on this forum, but D7 is to short or used in another context.

BTW 3: I'm from Belgium, so a fast diesel isn't that uncommon over here..

Many thanks,

Q.

It is a Belgian tuning shop. Auto Tune Heinz

They are claiming 197 hp and 418 Nm of torque for the C270 CDI and the price is 850 Euros.

For those of us with C230k', they are to increase the stock 197 DIN hp to 239 DIN hp and torque goes from 280Nm to 330 Nm, at a cost of 1600 Euros. Sounds like another pulley with a chip.

Thanks for the quick reply Lynn.

I've sent them an e-mail to get a confirmation, because it looked like there were more then 197 horses under the hood.

I have and, moreover, recently I have heard rumours that one of thier test mules is making 700 hp at the rear wheels. The competition doesn't relish the challenge of trying to ketchup.
