I am considering to buy a 2003 C230K (w/ manual, C4, C7) or the Jetta GLS 1.8t (w/ manual, spt pkg). What kind of pricing should I expect to get for the C230K? I heard they are giving out a big discount (over 4k off MSRP?) and that's the only reason I would ever consider buying a MB out of a tight budget. What do you guys think are the pros and cons for both cars? Obviously, MB is a much more expensive brand than VW, but what would you guys say beside the name? Thanks for your help.
