Did any one got their MHD grill from Oberklasse?

Did any one got their MHD grill from Oberklasse?

Placed group buy order by phone on credit card on April 30. After several phone calls and email and 80 days of waitting, Oberklasse is going to refund the money. Is it just me got screwed? Any body else other than enri007 got their grill?

I got mine this week. Did Charles say the grills had been delivered to him already? If it has been delivered the additional wait won't be that long. I think the hold-up was with MHDezent.

Try to find out the fact

That's why I am trying to get the fact about this whole deal.

On July 2nd Charles indicated Oberklasse received 5 grills from MHD, but four were damaged. So Oberklasse returned them to MHD for exchange. The only good grill went to enri007, I believe.

On July 11, Charles indicated he is going to "ship your grill to you as soon as I pick them up at custom". I waited whole week and sure enough, no package from Oberklasse. And oggle got the grill last week.

I emailed Charles on July 21 ask for the status and indicated I will call the local BBB to complain if I don't get any respond. Charles reply was that Oberklasse is going to refund the money.

I contact MHD via email ask them why it took so long. Basically MHD's reply is Oberklass did not send money to them, and it takes about 1 week to ship the grill once they get the money.

At this point I'm waitting for Oberklasse to refund my money and will place the order directly with MHD.

I would be careful of MHD if I were you. I have a feeling the hold up was with them and not Oberklasse, although Oberklasse's response times were quite disappointing at times.

Should at least confront Oberklasse and see what they say.

Finally received the grill today -

After three month of waiting, I finally received the MH Dezent CL look grill from Oberklasse. I want to thank enri007 and oggle for the support and making the group buy possible.

Now I have to figure out how to install it.

First of all, I don't know they carry MHD grill. Secondly, it was a group buy with Oberklasse.

Delays with MH-Dezent:

It's tough to get products on time from an ethical company. In fact, we were the first US distributor for MH-Dezent, and have first hand experience. Our first order, for several thousand dollars of merchandise, was never received. In fact, they literally disappeared after receiving our payment. Emails were sent, but replys were not received. Phone calls were made, but as soon as they found out who was on the phone it was "we don't speak english," followed by a dial tone. The fact of the matter is, MH-Dezent steals people's money.

While we lost a few thousand dollars in this, we were still able to get the products through Expression. It turns out that Expression manufacturered the majority of products for MH-Dezent.

Actually Oberklasse wasn't that responsive to email queries either. I had to email them multiple times to get an email response.
