experienced an issue with my trans not shifting below 3rd gear yesterday. discovered this at a stop light and realized how high my rpm's had to be to start moving. parked my car for several hours and it seems as if the problem has subsided for now. any answers? or have any have you experienced something similar? how was it resolved?
i know that problems don't go away by themselves, but i'm going to wait until it happens again before i get it diagnosed. any help or insight is greatly appreciated.

get a trans service done....drop the pan drain the 5 liters change the filter add 5 liters

Do a fullflush i am about to do this soon . Ill try to do a write up . Also flush the diff fluid . Should help.
