swaybars?

sorry but i have tried looking for info on the specs of the factory 2001 c320 sport package sway bars. does anyone know what size they are?? are they the same as the AMG c32's??

No, they are not the same size as the AMG bars. They are probably the same size as every C except the AMG. MB fibbed about the size of the sway bars on the coupe and I bet they did the same with the sport sedans.
There is a list of the sizes of all the stock, AMG, Evosport and Eibach bars on www.mercedesmods.com

Interesting fact: Having collected enough credible information about the AMG torsion bars, I called my dealer's parts department about a month ago to order the front one (already have the rear one installed), and the first thing I heard back after I gave the person the part # was: "oh, no! this one is for 4-matic! let me look up the correct one for you...." followed by "... well... it looks like it WAS the correct part #!! They must have updated it!"... The part in question was the front torsion bar, P/N 203 323 4465.

i've checked out their site but no listings on the factory sports package. seems as though there was no difference with the sway bars. thanks for the help guys... still wondering if i should get the factory amg's or the eibachs?

There are no factory sports sway bars. They are a myth. Actual measurements by members of this board show that the sway bars are same for regular and sports package cars.
