door lock problem

Hi, I have problem with door lock in left rear door. My car is w203 270cdi combi manufactured in 2003. I cant lock the door, here is video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=9bqQ06ecirc

This is not my car but I have same problem. I need manual or scheme to how to dismount the door. Thx.

I have this problem with my front passanger door as well. just havent had time to fix. I found a youtube video how to take off the panel. Its pretty simple just 2 screws and some clips.
