This is not my car but I have same problem. I need manual or scheme to how to dismount the door. Thx.

you need a new lock actuator.. I had this problem to two of my doors already

 

I have this problem with my front passanger door as well. just havent had time to fix. I found a youtube video how to take off the panel. Its pretty simple just 2 screws and some clips.

 

Thx guys, I found temporary fix. Now I can lock my door.
