KLEEMANN C230K
You can verify w/ Brandon, but I believe he is working w/ someone in Jersey. I remember him mentioning it in a thread earlier, but a search does not produce anything.

Do the Kleemann pulleys void warranty?
Well, do they? I would guess so, hence the discussion of putting it all back to stock when going in for dealer service.
Risky. I'd hate to have my warranty voided.

Pulley damper issue
Here are a few pics of the stock C230Kompresor crank pulley. There has been some discussion about the "damper" aspect of the pulley. I got curious and took mine apart last night. Heres what I found that the parts fische couldnt tell me.
The 4 cyl pulley is solid from the hub all the way out to the last edge. The damper is isolated by a rubber bushing, but not part of the drive belt system. Ther is only the torsion of the mass of the ring working on the rubber isolator. This is great news- they will probably never fail.
This is different from the V6 and V8 pulleys where the entire outer ring (belt drive area) is isolated from the hub with the rubber. In this scenario all the acc drive force is going through the isolator- which at times can be quite a high amount of force. The V6 and V8 pulley have been known to fail occasionally taking some parts of the front cover with it.

Kleemann,
Is your pulley made from scratch with or without the rubber damper? Or is it a modified MB pulley? Doesn't matter to me either way-just curious.
Is there a Kleemann dealer in New England?

KLEEMANN pulley
Alvis-
Solid alloy pulley is from scratch with no damper. "Ring style" is an addition to the factory pulley.
Nearest dealer to you is : http://www.aides******** , Tuckahoe, NY.

OK, now I'm a little confused. Is the dyno at the beginning of this thread for the 'add on part' to the pulley, or a completely new manufactured pulley? What I'm asking is if this part simply attaches to the stock pulley or replaces it. And how about the alluminum one?
Also, I live in Atlanta. Am I out of luck for Kleeman parts?
