all depends on what your replacing..sport parts are gunna be more than non sport
creaking is metal on metal sound...so it could be your sway bar links or ball joints

Hey Pottie- It will fit. As Phi noted, W203 and w209 supension is interchangeable short of the 4-Matic. However, keep in mind that the front springs and struts are geared to the heavier CLK front and V-8 found in the 55. Higher springs rates for the additional weight. Good luck on it. Greg

If thats the case. Couldn't you swap everything but the springs and just get ur own springs?

Thank you all for the input
At the moment I just got the used C55 suspension with spring and I m planning just to plug and play without removing front spring...if I cant stand then I might just replace with the original spring...
Unless someone here had this experience and would like advise which would be better...I dont do hard core drive but I love corner...![drive](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/driving.gif)

06 C230 SS 6spd
i would have gone with the post facelift suspension (05+ SS). they actually are lower than the c32 and the springs rates are pretty stiff, actually stiffer than tein springs for our cars. you could have gotten a full SS suspension for around 200 for the struts and springs. some even pair the rear ss springs with front H&R springs to keep the rake our cars have.

Hey.. I got same as you. In terms of suspension for our cars. its really not worth replacing anything unless it brakes other then sway bars then right? And if something goes just stock replacements would be the way to go? Or is that really just for the springs? I like how it is stiff in the springs and theres no wheel gap.
