Can these type of shocks be Installed on a 2005 C230 ????
Tried to get them installed on the front, shop guy said they couldnt be done, he said it would be better with struts in the front & shocks in the back
tried pepboys about 5 weeks ago, they was'nt familiar with those type of shocks either....

You can get custom air struts like those made. Its not too expensive. You just have to measure your dimensions so you know how large it can be so it doesn't mess with the wheels and tires
