can someone please help me?! im trying to install the gateway light D2B device into my 02 c320. i have everything hooked up according to the instructions but i have no volume control and the head unit says theres no CDC when switching to cd to play the ipod. iv contacted autotoys.com which is the supplier for this product but havent heard back from them. i have my car apart until i know what to do next so i need to get this solved A.S.A.P. please if yall have any info help me out, thanks

Did you use the fiber optic loop for the CD changer?
