Oil film on outer window frame??

Oil film on outer window frame??
This is really strange. I don't wash my car much by hand because I live in an aparment complex. So, I usually pass it thru the power washes once every two weeks at the gas station.

Lately I have noticed a dry oily film that reflects off the outer frame around the window (the shiny black plastic portions). I can't seem to wipe it off with anything.

Does anybody else have this problem? Any recommendations on how to remove it?

Be prepared for them first to beat the holy hell out of you for running your car through a gas station car wash, though!

Haha seriously. Every car enthusiast forum preaches only hand washes with premium materials, and I'm a convert. Nothing beats your own work.
