C230 Sedan?
Well, my friend recently purchased a 03 C230 sedan automatic, and was asking me what he could do to get a few more ponies out of it...
Since it was supercharged I figured a set of pullies and a reprogrammed, or aftermarket ecu would be what he was looking for...
I then found this forum and read through various posts looking for who made pulleys for the C230 and what would need to be done as far as engine management is concerned to run a few more psi and couldnt really find a straight answer.
So thats why I decided to register and make this thread..and thats where im at now...hopefully someone can give me a good answer and I wont get flamed

As far as I know, there aren't any pullies out for the M271 (1.8L) engine that your friend has. There are pullies for the 2002 C230 coupes which contain the M111 2.3L engine, but that all changed in MY2003.
I don't know anything about any aftermarket ECUs for the M271.

At this point there are no pulleys and there is some question as to whether there ever will be.
There are several companies claiming to be developing ECU mods. The only one on sale is from Renntech. They claim a 10 hp increase and it costs $1595.

If there are no pully or ecu upgrades available for it, are there any other mods available like catback exhaust, header, etc.?

Try an Eisanmann exhaust system. They have like 3 levels w/Race being the more performance minded. They are great
