Exclamation Help, C180 W203 Audio Replacement

Hello Everyone!
I need some help in replacing my car audio please~
I really need your help! Thank you!

(Please~ Please take a look at the PDF File, It is clearer with explanation & detailed photos)

My car is C180 W203 Kompressor 2004 and my original audio is:
BECKER Q03 Automotive Systems | Type: Audio 10 | Model No.: BE 6020.
The original audio is supported with two 8PIN ISO for Speakers and for Power, 10PIN for CD Changer Power / Control & CANBUS

and Then I bought this "ETO Mercedes Benz C-Class CLC W203 GPS Navigation Auto Radio Headunit Car DVD TV" from eBay that apparently didn't come with any installation instruction.

Firstly, There are no experts in my area since I live in a small city so I decided to do it myself..
I have a lot of experience with car, not Mercedes though..
and this time I got problems..
So Please help me~!!

Here some explanation of my condition:

1. When I attach the cable from the car to the audio unit, I got a little confused because I have no experience with Mercedes's audio replacement,
When I plug the cable from the car to the unit, there was a spark of fire on the audio unit, Short circuit happened, so I plug it out immediately

2. I was afraid to do it myself anymore since I'm afraid that I would do more harm to the unit, so I brought it to some audio shop,
and They decided to unplug all the wire from its harness, because they think that there was something wrong with the wiring installation, They cut it because they couldn't find the proper Harness for the audio and the car, the one from Mercedes is not compatible with the harness from the unit, so they have to cut it to make it compatible so they can connect the cable, They connected the wire one by one as the diagram without the socket then taped it.

and Unfortunately I already threw those 2 plugs / sockets (8PIN ISO for speakers & 8PIN ISO for power) from the car and the cables are all cut and connected, the only socket left is the 10PIN ISO for CD Changer Power / Control & CANBUS (just like in the photo), so I cannot give any photos of the original plugs / sockets.

and There are a few cables that They don't know where to connects it to?
a. There are 3 remaining cables from the 8PIN ISO for Power (2 Green-Black, Black, Yellow-Black)
b. The 10PIN ISO for CD Changer Power / Control & CANBUS
c. There are 2 cables from the CANBUS of the audio unit (Green-Black and Green)

3. Now the unit won't turned ON at all and when I plug the cable properly (with still a few cables remaining unplugged), the body of the unit went hot.

What should I do?
Where can I connect these remaining cables?
Can anyone please help me with detailed explanation?
I would be very grateful if anyone can help me~ Thank you!!

Thumbs down

I was just looking at the same unit ... also this one http://www.carelectronicsblog.com/be...31/#comment-15 and the other 100 replicas from http://www.jewellet.com/Benz-W203-DV...igation-System ... still not decided on what I want to get. My H&K Amp is blown and I got no Audio at all, figure I'd rip the the whole thing apart.

It sounds to me that you should claim it as a manufacture defect and return it to the ebay buyer. You burned it. But yeah I would claim for an exchange or refund brother.
