I got mine through their ebay listing (ebay seller: ptcfactoryoutlet). Mainly because of the hassle of shipping to Canada and the protection that ebay and PayPal offers. PTC Factory Outlet ships super fast,... shipped same day that I paid via PayPal. 
As Javvy have already stated these Driver side Bi-Xenon headlights are Brand Spanking New. And I will vouch that they're even better than that,... I inspected all the tape around the suspension box and I can confirm that the box have never even been opened since it left the Hella factory. The box is still sealed from the factory.
It looks like Hella USA is just dumping these as overstock,.... some Mercedes-Benz stealership still charge about $1700 each,... some have recently lowered their MSRP to $1160. They can be found online for about $700-900. Assuming Hella-USA sells them to retailers for about $600 (half the MSRP),... Hella-USA is taking a huge loss dumping these for $175.
Even though I already have BiX,... I had to get these too, why? BiXenon are simply the best mod-upgrade for our CL203 & W203. Over time the ballast will eventually need to be replaced,... ebay price for used ballast are about $200. The lens will eventually become pitted,... generally you can't get oem lens unless you buy the entire headlight assembly,...
I have noticed these newer BiXenon (same Oct 19, 2010 date code as Javvy) has GE Xensation 53500 (Hungary) bulbs instead of the German made Osram xenarc 66040 that my other Bix had (date code of about 2005).
