Help! What could these codes mean? P2006, P0025/P0015 and P0717
Just bought a nice 2007 C230 sport last week and its already got a check engine light. Hooked my ODB scanner up and revealed these codes:
P2006: intake manifold runner control stuck closed bank 1a -- Pending
P0025/P0015: camshaft position timing over/retarded bank 1 and 2
P0717: input/turbine speed sensor A circuit no signal.
I just recently put K&N air filters in. I'm pretty sure I put it back over the MAF sensor correctly. Too dark out to tell right now. What could be going on?
Any help would be awesome!

sometimes the oil from the K&N filter can cause issues. make sure the cover for the engine that holds the filter is snug tight. even a little gap that lets extra air in will cause the maf to read wrong. I would put back in the OEM filters and clear the codes and see if they come back on again.

Super Member
Clean your MAF Sensor with CRC MAF SensorKleen.
Search for MAF K&N,.... lots of member have had similar problems. Sprayed too much oil,... K&N isn't worth risking MAF Sensor.
Also examine all air & vacuum hose in the area for leaks, cracks, etc,...
