ss230k rear diff question and stability control
Whats up guys, i'm a lurker on here very active on another forum, i bought my ss230k from a guy on here ( mavrick)
I was curious about the rear diff on these cars i can find much info on it. does anyone know the specs and how it works, is it electronically controlled? when will the wheels lock with the traction control on where does it send the power and stuff like that.
also i was curious about the stability control ( what stays on when the traction control is off) i find it very very annoying does anyone know exactly how it works?

look up limited slip differential
traction will not go completely off unless your in dyno mode
if one wheel is slipping the car will brake that wheel to keep the car going striaght

i know how an lsd works i'm a smart person and have been around cars for quite so time i'm curious how this whole system works and if this car does have an lsd which i'm guessing is true . but

The thing I don't understand is, why is there even an option for ESP off? On my car it seems as though Traction Control will eventually engage after losing a certain amount of traction. I can feel the stability management pumping the brakes when I go sideways for too long as well.

yeah it can be very annoying, sorry for the delay i've been mia, and thanks man i try to add to the forums when i can, but always search first i'm very active on a bunch of honda forums as those are my roots haha the esp annoys me
