W203 C180K

Washer Fluid , Check level

Hello MBworld .

I have got W203 C180K 2002. i'm having problem about washer fluid check level.
I have changed water fluid Sensor(bought from MB Service center) and installed myself ,but now i have a problem with check level: when in a washer bottle is a water it shows to check Washer Fluid Level ,and when it's getting empty Warning light is turning off. So as i think sensor works as reversed . Please be so kind to help me dealing with this problem .

you probably have the sensor installed upside down. i know mb replaced the old sensor with a newer one.

That's a possibility but also you may want to check your coolant level. In some of the earlier W203s for some reason the two were tied in together.

yeah it could be that his coolant is low. it was crazy when I was taking my tank apart that it had a large cooling pipe that ran for the coolant inside of it.
