HELP BROKEN LUG BOLTS BROKE!!!
HELLO IM IN REAL NEED OF SOME HELP.. I HAVE 07 C230 SPORT WITH AFTER MARKET 20" CHROME WHEELS. (I BOUGHT IT THAT WAY) I TOOK IT TO GET NEW TIRES AND A COUPLE OF LUG BOLTS BROKE OFF ON EACH SIDE OF THE REAR. I AM FINANCIALLY SCREWED AT THE MOMENT AND WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE COULD HELP WITH ANY IDEA'S ON HOW TO REMOVE THEM AND AVOID REPLACING THE HUBS AT THE MOMENT. I HAVE HEARD THAT LEFT HAND EXTRACTOR BIT SHOULD WORK. I ALSO THINKING I COULD BE COMMON SENSE THAT YOU COULD REMOVE THE HUB AND JUST FINISH THREADING IT THROUGH THE OTHER SIDE. ANY IDEA COULD HELP. THANK YOU

you can just buy a bolt extractor tool for any parts store. or if theres enough bolt still protruding just get some vice grips and hand turn them out or you can remove the rotor and thread them through. you wont have to replace the hub, just remove the rotor and you can get to the bolt. also what you can do if you have a dremel or grinder, is cut a slot in the bolt and then use a screwdriver to thread it out.

thank you for the feed back I was able to screw three of them with a flat head and some wd-40 the last one as a tad trickier... just removed the rotor and used a drill bit to finish pushing through was actually pretty easy. I've owned the car for three years and really this is the first time I've worked on it.
