After doing some research another problem if your secondary air pump CEL comes on is sometimes its the relay in the front sam staying open. Many other owners have switched it to fix the issue but have had issues still with it sticking open. Theres been a trick to attach a ground wire to the ground of the switch and then they ground it to the frame.
