What alternative to MB OEM oils and fluids can I use? Going to change tranny, t-case and front and rear diff fluids

I believe Shell makes the alternative ATF,

Not sure about the Transfer case,

For Diff, I used Mobil 1 75w-90

The approved 722.6 transmission fluids are:

MB 236.14 - Automatic transmission fluids (ATF, Specification 236.14) - Mercedes-Benz Specifications for Operating Fluids

MB 236.10 - Automatic transmission fluids (ATF, Specification 236.10) - Mercedes-Benz Specifications for Operating Fluids

The 236.14 spec is newer and recommended -- longer life on frictional surfaces.
