If so, then you may only have wires from the amp in the right rear corner of the trunk to the speakers, and the head unit sends audio to the amp via fiber optic cable.
If not, then you should have a copper speaker wires from the head unit to each door speaker.
Why a service B would cause one speaker to start failing is a mystery to me. For lack of better knowledge I would first try disconnecting the negative battery cable for a few minutes, then reconnect, to see if it resets anything. If that doesn't help, then I would consider pulling the door panel to see if the speaker is blown.

Seriously, putting a car up on a lift takes all the weight off the joints and (temporarily) changes the suspension geometry, allow it to hit stop points. It's entirely possible that you have joints that have been getting loose, you need need a large geometry change to expose the play.
Fyi when you changed the control arms last time, did you load the suspension before tightening the bushing bolt? If you tightened that bolt with the suspension hanging, then you've been driving around for 30k miles with the rubber bushings twisted, and not surprising if it failed prematurely.
