2003 c230k sport - need brake help

Hey everyone,
I was about to pull the trigger on getting a bunch of new stuff but i need some advice. I wanted new centric drilled/slotted rotors along with akebono pads. I was reading into painting my calipers and I think i want to paint them silver to match the car. I was looking at getting some decals for the calipers (not AMG or brembo) but then when i went outside and looked at the calipers i don't think there is any way to put decals on them.

I have a 2003 C230 Kompressor with Sport Package. This is how my calipers look:

of course, mine are black now and covered with dust. but there isn't a flat surface to adhere any decals. Do I really have sport brakes? Think i should just go ahead and paint them silver and not worry about decals?

Any tips or advice is welcome. Thanks!

Here are the other parts I was planning on getting:
AKEBONO Part # EUR779 Euro Ultra Premium Ceramic Pad (Rear)
AKEBONO Part # EUR872 Euro Ultra Premium Ceramic Pad (Front)
CENTRIC Part # 12735034L StopTech Sport X-Drilled and Slotted Rotor (Rear Left)
CENTRIC Part # 12735034R StopTech Sport X-Drilled and Slotted Rotor (Rear Right)
CENTRIC Part # 12735058R StopTech Sport X-Drilled and Slotted Rotor (Front Right)
CENTRIC Part # 12735058L StopTech Sport X-Drilled and Slotted Rotor (Front Left)
RAYBESTOS Part # EWS49 Professional Grade (Brake Pad Wear Sensor x2)

if those are the front then theirs no way for a "Mercedes-benz or amg" logo.

u can the 4 brake calipers from an 05 c230 for like 100 on ebay.

u only need 1 brake wear sensor.

I wouldn't put anything non german but that's me

i'm 99.99% sure that i have the mercedes OEM version on my car. Never had them switched out. But this is just what they look like. kind of ugly if you ask me...

no point in dropping in more money for new calipers just to have a better look. it's not like it will help braking performance.

do the rears not have brake pad sensors? I thought both front and rear both had one?

those are OEM brakes but not the 'sport brakes' which are 4 piston for 2004 (rectangular with 4 Allen bolts) and later 2 piston (diamond shape with 2 star bolts ) fronts 2005 and after. The rears are the same for all models which is a fixed 2 piston cast iron design.

To go with the fixed fronts you will have to change the front rotors (they are larger) and will have to run at least a 17" wheel

The brakes illustrated are the stock brakes used for 230, 240, 280, 320, 350 without the sport package.

Lucas formally a British company (Prince of Darkness) is a OEM supplier to MB and other companies. It is now owned by TRW (an American company)

well that blows my mind that i have the sport edition.. it clearly says it on the badge on the side of my car. wonder why i have non-sport calipers...2003 must have been an odd year.

i am running 19's right now. i just bought another set of 19's and that's why i'm planning on putting in the drilled/slotted rotors and akebono pads so they look better.

phister... give me a day to think about it. how many miles do you have on them? and first thing i would do is get rid of that purple color

I can strip the paint off it that's not a problem. Pads been on for about a year and still have plenty of pad left. Lines have been on for about a year too put pads and ss lines on at the same time.
