Summer Tire Advice

I'm up for a tire change in a 05 230 Kompressor, front 225/45/17 and back 245/40/17
I have Pilot Sport A/S plus in the E350 but after what I paid for them they are kind of a disappointment, when braking the ABS easily kicks in. For that reason I'm thinking of going with a summer tire (No snow down here).
What matters most to me is braking, durability/price in that order, I'm thinking about the following tires (Wear and prices included, in case anyone else is shopping it's from tirerack).

Dunlop Direzza = 300 at $392
Continental ExtremeContact DW = 340 at $488
Yokohama S.drive = 300 at $498
Bridgestone Potenza S-04 Pole Position = 280 at $546
Michelin Pilot Super Sport = 300 at $722

The dunlops are extremly cheap anyone ever try them out?

You my good Sr. might have a point

Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110 = 280 at $432 and very good reviews

I overlooked them because of the brand, I once bought no brand tires and spent a lot of money diagnosing and fixing a vibration that was an out of round tire. But Hankook appears to be good stuff and they have a $80 rebate

I really like the Super Sports. Are they worth the add'l $$? That's debatable. But there is a $70 rebate on them, so they're really only $652.

Direzzas are $352 after rebate, but that's because there's a new direzza out there.

I've always thought of Michelin when it comes to tires but I think that has cost me unnecessarily.
Unless there is any objection I'll be ordering:
Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 = 300 at $426 and $80 rebate

Apparently the best braking tire with decent wear
Current tires on this car are Pilot super sport and I'm not impressed maybe because they are at 3/32?

I've heard good and bad on the f1. Treadwear on them isn't so great. The bridgestone s-04 are also good tires
