I recently aquired a C320 cdi which is in machanically sound and cosmetics are perfect. I experienced a whooshing sound a couple of days ago once the turbo kicks in and the sound becomes less menacing as the gears increase. Even with this sound I dint seem to have lost any power. I am not sure where it comes from but it could be one of two things. Faulty dump valve or one of the pipes that come from the intercooler might be leaking. Anybody who has experienced this before, please help before dealer sucks me dry.
