Ok....questions and answers.
1. The ECU is sent to them and 'flashed'. So, there is no physical change and supposidly the dealer cannot tell.
2. If you add a pulley it must be re-programmed...if you add it within 12 months, this service is free (less shipping)
3. ECU is done that day, sent back out overnight.
4. No group deals...however...
If you order from them in September and mention your screen name from this board or csportcoupe you get $50 off and free shipping back...that is the deal I worked out with them.
Personally, I need to wait a bit for my shop to have a spot for my car to sit for 3 days...once that happens I am sending them my ECU.

Lag?
I do believe it has. Please explain the lag further. Did this happen when you would floor it and then suddenly stop and it would take a while for the ECU to adjust to what was happening? If this is what your refering to it no longer happens. The throttle is far more responsive than it used to be - a lot better than it was.

Its the M111 SLK motor the same as my C Coupe 2295cc only the New M111 is slightley better.

PS. I will be doing another dyno run next week ofter the dyno's been serviced/calabrated for my own peace of mind. Will post it.

1. One can see that the ECU has been opened (marks on the alumanum cover)
2. They are will upgrade your ECU if you add a pulley. You pay for shipping.
3. Due to Fedex and AU customs it took 15 days to get back to SA - 7 quoted.
4. It was worth every cent.

I wonder if the throttle response is controlled by the same module and indeed was reprogrammed on purpose - or this is just a nice side effect... About the pulley...I was talking about the 271. According to them a customer of theirs has a 271 with a pulley...they already have the R&D and can modify the ECU to help. Right now I don't see anyone making a pulley, so to me its a mute point, but its nice to know that if I do get one they will reprogram it for free (within the first year).
Turnaround time within the U.S. should be as quoted.
