How to dismantle the engine? That's a big subject! You're going to want to get the WIS CDs.

It sounds like your motor jumped time. Whether it did or not, you'll want to get a new chain and tensioner. Check your pistons. I would think that your rods are alright but a machine shop can tell you for sure. At the very least you'll have valve seating issues. If they aren't too bad, the seats can be ground. You'll probably want to replace your valve guides, seals, etc. with your valves. If they are, you'll need a new head - and valve gear. I wouldn't expect any problems with your cams, but you might have scratched the lobes and followers for the bent valves so I'd pay attention to that. The engine isn't that old in mileage (kilometerage? ) so your bearings should be good but while you looking at it, it wouldn't hurt to check your bearings and if they and/or the crank throws are in bad shape, you'll have to address that.

That's my list. I'm sure others can add to (or delete from) this list based on their experience.
